LAS VEGAS (LVPR) - Mass firings of federal civil servants are underway as White House Office Of Management & Budget Director Russ Vought continues to do line strikes to thousands upon thousands of federal positions across each agency of the federal government.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for instance has already furloughed 1,044 employees or 81% of it's work force as part of the Reduction In Force (RIF) submittals to the White House Office Of Management & Budget ahead of the government shutdown that began on October 1, 2025. It's very possible that the FCC could re-open for business with fewer than 233 employees and the agency looking like it did on July 11, 1934 when the staff and commissioners began their work.

As a matter of fact, it might not be bad to cash out some of those 1,044+ furlough pensions and take up a tin-can collection to fix the May 12, 2023 KVGK-LP broadcast license on the America First agenda for Low Power FM stations being licensed to commercial entities as authorized by the FCC and the 118th Congress by August 1, 2023.

Encroachment, jawboning and insubordination run deep at the FCC - so deep as to target and destroy America's commercial small businesses at every chance this behemoth of a regulatory body became which works opposite to that of the needs of America's commercial small businesses by serving a small group of lobbying and bribery firms around it's centralized L Street offices in Washington, D.C. which do not have the best interests of America's commercial small businesses at heart (but if it's a non-profit/not-for-profit small business, all focus is on them - what happened to the millions of commercial small businesses which is the engine of America's innovation?).

Could this be the first sign that the FCC will be abolished or transformed into a new communications authority that puts the power back into "We, The People" hands at the state levels with an organization that could look something like the U.S. Small Business Administration? That's when President Eisenhower & President Kennedy got the agency off the ground by using the central Director and Director per state model from 1953 to 1965 which serves and has the interests of America's commercial small businesses at heart and has been in place ever since.

As U.S. Vice President JD Vance told the U.S. Senate Finance Committee in a recent hearing, their all full of shit because the FCC alone and it's 200,000 rules are anti-American and anti-U.S. Constitution no matter which way you look at them to suppress America's innovators at every corner. You could do mass firings down to just 3 remaining employees of the FCC, FCC Chairman Carr, FCC Commissioner Trusty & FCC Commissioner Gomez and it still would not make a difference for America. It's time to abolish the agency and start over with the needs of modern day America and not the needs of the lobbying and bribery firms around the centralized L street agency that the FCC has served since 1967 because with the Internet, no one really needs the FCC or broadcast licenses anymore with the progression of Internet Radio and TV now and the Internet of Things (IoT) devices.

The FCC gutted the heart of terrestrial commercial radio (whether it be AM or FM) for the little guys long ago in America's commercial small business sector but put an emphasis on purely non-profit/not-for-profit small businesses and has now pissed off/shackled too many commercial small businesses around America - let the mass firings commence down to 3 employees if needed and chainsaw it's 200,000 rules. They did it to themselves for appeasing to lobbying and bribery firms for years and years by ruining the rest of the nation with the needs of the rest of the nation of which they never listened to - they listened to those lobbying and bribery firms. Through mass firings, America says "c'est la vie", should have listened to "We, The People" years ago and not some bullshit lobbyist or briber passing you a payoff to write some bullshit rule or regulation some 200,000+ rules later.

These people are not our "friends" - they are and have been building a socialist and communist nation for the past 50+ years to concentrate the decision making of America's commercial small businesses, the millions of those commercial small businesses in the hands of less than 20 people and then use people like House Minority Leader Hakeem Jefferies to tell other members of Congress to shut your mouth (hey Hakeem, the FCC told the commercial small businesses around America to shut their mouths long ago like when President Clinton started bullshit filing windows at the FCC which have been there ever since to supress commercial small businesses from filing for broadcast licenses which has been anti-American and anti-Constitution ever since. We never had that bullshit under President H.W. Bush or President Reagan or even President Carter). Take each of your termination packets with you and clear out your desks while the nation figures out what to do with the centralized L street building through the auctioning off of federal buildings to pay down the $37+ Trillion national debt.

This country is not for the FCC to dictate through encroachment, jawboning and insubordination - it's our country to build American made FM transmitters that work for commercial lower power FM radio stations that have a Class A designation of 1 watt to 6,000 watts. It's a crossing over from the FCC into a new communications authority like a United States Communications Administration (USCA) based on President Eisenhower and President Kennedy principles that designate USCA Class A FM Stations from a minimum of 1 watt to 6,000 watts at each state level under the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution irregardless if it's a non-profit/not-for-profit or commercial small business entity. That's how it should have been more then 25+ years ago and not what these assholes wrote in Washington, D.C. of a low power set of policies, rules and regulations that were never needed to begin with as far back as the 80's - just all politics and bullshit played with lobbying and bribery firms with those on the take by the time the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 was introduced by the 104th U.S. Congress.

The solution was simple and always there - they just had to tweak the existing FCC Class A minimum power designation from 100 watts down to 1 watt and both non-profit/not-for-profit and commercial small business entities would have flourished around the nation irregardless of the FCC Class A filing designation made by the small business entity. Existing federal law under the FCC had allowed for non-profit/not-for-profit or commercial small businesses to file for FCC Class A radio stations until a bunch of assholes had to hijack the existing processes after President Reagan and President H.W. Bush by the time the nation entered the Clinton years to write layers of bullshit that began with the Telecommunications Act of 1996 followed by President Obama's noose-around-the nation's neck Local Community Radio Act of 2010 bullshit. None of it was ever needed.

And now we all know why President Trump had to take down the portraits of the former President's like President Obama, President George W. Bush Jr. and President Clinton with moving those into a starewell in the White House - out of site and out of mind. The abolishment of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and the Local Community Radio Act of 2010 can now commence with a reset to end the endless layers of bullshit that accumulated since the Clinton years for starters. The lower power social movements can now move back to Class A stations on where they should have been in the first place for non-profit/not-for-profit and commercial small business entities serving all of America once again.

Yes, we're the rock stars and might be the little people but we know what the big people have been up to - violating our U.S. Constitutional rights at every turn through a regulatory system that looks like a socialist and communist country. Heck, even U.S. Congressman Matt Gaetz talked about those lobbying and bribery firms on the floor of the U.S. House back in January 2023. Apparently it takes enough lobbyists and bribers to build that socialist and communist country and strip anything left of a representative Constitutional Republic to it's bone.
