NPR Scandal Widens, Nevada Department Of Education Employees Favored KNPR During An Incentive Money Scam/Sham Under The Former Obama And Trump Administrations; Funneled Millions in State Tax Payer Money Into National Public Radio (NPR) Affiliate(s) For Years

NPR Scandal Widens, Nevada Department Of Education Employees Favored KNPR During An Incentive Money Scam/Sham Under The Former Obama And Trump Administrations; Funneled Millions in State Tax Payer Money Into National Public Radio (NPR) Affiliate(s) For Years

LAS VEGAS (LVPR) - Documents retained by Las Vegas Public Radio and on file with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) show Nevada Department Of Education employees favored KNPR during an incentive money scam/sham under the former Obama and Trump Administrations; funneled millions in state tax payer money into a single National Public Radio (NPR) affiliate leaving 50+ other in state- public broadcasters behind. This incentive money scam/sham running within the Nevada Department of Education was discovered by Las Vegas Public Radio back in 2017 when Las Vegas Public Radio was in the process of building out it's own downtown Las Vegas, Nevada studios to serve you, the general public. Las Vegas Public Radio could never get any response from state officials on what this incentive money scam/sham was under Nevada State Bill 555 of the Public Broadcasting Grant program administered through the Nevada Department of Education.

Now we all know it was setup to enrich KNPR operations so other operations like KIOF-LP 97.9 FM could not function properly to serve you, the general listening public, adequately including to this day, KIOF 90.1 FM, as Nevada Department of Education employees continue to favor KNPR, KUNR and KCEP. Other stations like KUNR and KCEP were also favored in this incentive money scam/sham by Nevada Department of Education employees to a lessor extent leaving 50+ other in-state public broadcasters behind like Las Vegas Public Radio. LVPR determined Nevada Department of Education employees were using the state's Public Broadcasting System grant program as a favortism platform to exert a power and control "up-the-chain" authority over other broadcasters tied to the incentive money scam/sham. This would be consistent to authoritarian and totaleterian type regimes for control seen with state broadcasters like in China and Russia except it was discovered to be operating right here on American soil for years, hid from but suspected by Nevada tax payers all tied to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) in Washington D.C. Ironically, the CPB is still run by the 2005 George W Bush Jr. appointee holdover (crossed over to the Obama And Trump Administrations and who is still there under the Biden Administration).

The whole thing by 2022 under Nevada State Bill 555 of the Public Broadcasting Grant program administered through the Nevada Department of Education was eventually setup using a "panelist style scoring method of a broadcaster" which would be consistent to how socialism/communism works. Was this all established by "one political party" to score points with voters during mid-term cycles/presidential voting cycles" just to make another political party look bad being used as partisan hit jobs on the system? Is this how Republicanism works - we pick and chose favorites?

When Las Vegas Public Radio President & CEO, Mr. Gregory LaPorta was asked, "Should Nevada Department of Education employees see prision time for operating such a favortism scheme utilizing state tax payer money here in Nevada?", he replied, "Yes. All of those involved with the state's Public Broadcasting System grant program administered through the Nevada Department of Education favoring KNPR, KUNR and KCEP including those who linked the state's program to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) in Washington D.C. where the 2005 George W Bush Jr. holdover still has been using federal tax payer money to favor KNPR, KUNR and KCEP through her Radio Community Service Grant (Radio CSG) program should be sent to prision under federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) because favortism obviously is the heart of Republicanism based on how the U.S. Constitution states in Article IV, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence".

Las Vegas Public Radio President & CEO goes on to state, "Las Vegas Public Radio, while operating KIOF-LP 97.9 FM, was an applicant to the Radio CSG in 2016, 2017 2018 and 2019 just to be denied in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Las Vegas Public Radio stopped being an applicant to the Radio CSG program by 2020 and notified several law enforcement agencies to begin investigations starting in June 2020 when the FCC was conducting an audit of KIOF-LP 97.9 FM prior to permitting our organization the authorization to move to 90.1 FM and broadcast at 48,000 Watts FM. We expect several state and quasi federal employees will be indicted and/or face prision time utilizing these favortism scam/shams in the system acting out socialist/communist fantasies on American soil with up-the-chain approval/denial/panelist processes acting like the authoritarian and totaleterian dictators and assholes in they're respective state and quasi-federal jobs which acted as the catalyst to the wrongful death of our very own Las Vegas Public Radio Vice President, a U.S. Navy (Honnorable) Veteran back on September 23, 2022 who was dealing with all of their crony bullshit just to deliver a nice public broadcasting station to southern Nevada. These people are just not assholes - they're bastards on American soil, real bastards on American soil and need to be held accountable for their actions of practicing socialism/communism just to score poltical points which has hurt many, including Las Vegas Public Radio. Hopefully we will start to see prision time for many of them up and down the chain who were and have been utilizing authoritarian and totaleterian command style tactics just to weaponize the government against the people for their own control fantasies - they'll hurt and destroy your business to benefit a select few others through entitlement. We know who many of them are including attorneys and staffers in the system after several years of investigations.".
